The Quest Institute is a UK based organisation created by Trevor and Rebecca Silvester to promote and train practitioners in Cognitive Hypnotherapy.
I first trained with the Quest Institute in 2011 and have continued to train with them and I am now working with them to teach the next generation of hypnotists.
Trevor and Rebecca inspire the highest quality of work and ethics in the industry and I’m proud to work with them to spread the word about Quest based Cognitive Hypnotherapy.
A few years ago, Trevor initiated a research project to generate the necessary data for a research project. Last year the very first peer-reviewed paper was published showing the efficacy of hypnosis, something that only CBT has done before.
